Getting There

From Inverness follow the A9 north to Helmsdale. Turn left at Helmsdale on the A897. Drive up the Helmsdale strath following the river to Kinbrace. Turn left at Kinbrace on to the A 871. Badanloch is three miles west of Kinbrace. A small timber hut is situated on the road side (right hand side if traveling from Inverness) with a Badanloch fishing sign on it. payment for fishing should be made here.

The nearest petrol station is at Brora, 33 miles south of Badanloch. Shops are located in Helmsdale and Brora. (see also Helmsdale Co)

Flights are available at Inverness airport (95 miles) and Wick airport (65 miles).

Trains available from Kinbrace station four miles from Badanloch.
